Taking a Cue

This is my attempt at a weekly feature I'm trying out. Taking a Cue will be a fashion/movie feature. I will pick a leading lady or gent from a movie I enjoy and come up with a (hopefully) practical look inspired by their character.

For my first installment: Zooey Deschanel as Allison from Yes Man!

There are about a bazillion cute outfits she wears in this film so it was really hard picking just one. Because I am a nerd for Harry Potter, I had to pick the outfit she wore to the costume party.
