There are few colors that I have loved season after season, year after year. Navy is one of them. Although this shouldn't come as a surprise as I have shared my love for all things nautical
here, and navy is a big part of that. I just think navy is a staple, a neutral, but also a color that stands out. Plus, it's classy as hell. And yes, I do wear it with black. Why not?
It's been in the last year or so that I have really started to get a grasp of what my own personal style is, and yet it is still constantly changing. So for me, a color that lasts through this is pretty impressive. I remember in junior high I used to wear my favorite tshirt as often as I possibly could. It was navy and it said "Nueva York" across the front. I'm pretty sure I wore it till it fell apart.
